Best Western Plus North Lakes Hotel

Spacious room, good bathroom, clean, good facilities, very pleasant staff. Lovely walk around the lake right outside the hotel. Good quality breakfast.

The view was very pleasant, the room was exceptionally clean (Thankyou to the cleaners), the food was nice and good value for money, and the parking was good. Having big containers of all soaps / shampoos was a great surprise as you had plenty to wash with numerous times in the day if so required. The curtains were well fitted and good. There was plenty of milk in the fridge. Having a magnifying mirror was a great surprise as. The room was in a great condition with no broken items.

Location is great and close to everything you’ll ever need. I loved my water view and also love the bathroom size it feels very luxurious and clean. I’ve been staying here for many years and the apartments don’t seem to age. It all still feels modern and clean each time I visit.

We liked the location, being a short 5-10 min walk to North Lake Shopping Mall and restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious. The large sliding doors to the reasonably size balcony provided a very pleasant view of the lake. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Hotel in a very coinvent location with easy access on/off to the M1 motorway (going either northbound or southbound).

Spacious room, felt very new and clean, could not fault the room or hotel. Loved the little extras like bathroom toiletries, hot chocolate sachets and even the details like how the single serve milks were set up in a "flower" shape inside the fridge and how the tea towel was folded into a pocket to hold a dishcloth and detergent and spare rubbish bag. Attention to detail was very good. Excellent lakeside location in walking distance to fantastic playground for kids, boardwalk around the lake and Westfield North Lakes for multiple dinner options, groceries and other shopping. Unfortunately we didn't get time to enjoy the lakeside cafe but it looked like a very nice spot to relax.
